  • What file formats do you accept?

    We accept various file formats:

    • Office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Graphics: Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator

    as well as html and other programming formats.

    If your file is in a non-standard format, please contact us.  It is more than likely that we will still be able to help you.  

  • Do you accept files in Apple Mac formats?

    Yes, we accept files created on Apple Macs. The output document formats can also be Apple-compatible.

  • Can you translate documents like architectural drawings in A-3 size or greater from large-format documents?

    Yes. We are experienced in translating technical documentation in formats that exceed A-4 size.
